If you’re accessing the mobile discovery application and have any of your permissions turn “red” upon entering the application, you may have to change your permissions in settings. This is often the case with iOS users and so the videos represent this process. For Android users, simply close out of the application fully and then restart in order to gain access to the AR experience.
All 3 Permissions Must Be Accepted to Enter AR
- Camera Permissions: Settings>Safari>Camera>Allow
- Location Permissions: Settings>Privacy>Location>Location Services>Safari>Select While Using App or Ask Next Time Or When I Share (which will prompt you to confirm next time you’re in the app)
- Motion Permissions: Settings>Accessibility>Per App Settings>Safari>tap to add
